A. W. Thomas

Lovingly known as “the Reverend” to his many friends and admirers, Arthur Walter Thomas began his ministry shortly after his conversion at Hilltop Church in Avoca, Indiana in 1934.

He served as superintendent of the Michigan District and as Assistant General Superintendent for the Northeaster Division, as well as Chairman of the Board of Regents at Southern Bible College.

His collected sermons were published by the Michigan District as Moments with the Reverend.

Among his many distinctions was his impact on the lives of young ministers.
