Julie Skaggs is the Minister of Outreach at Radiant Life Pentecostal Church of God in Festus, MO.Her responsibilities include oversight over the church's outreach ministries such as Community Outreach special event days, The Master's Meal Food Pantry, Faithful Friends Nursing Home, Winter Patrol Homeless Ministry, Backpacks for Success, Community Thankful Treat Trays, Angel Food Ministries and Holiday Gift and Food Baskets.
She also travels and speaks at conferences, retreats and outreach seminars.
